Do you service Commercial accounts as well as Residential accounts?2018-08-03T02:18:28+00:00

Yes! If your business or community has public areas that are host to pets, we can help keep those areas clean with our pooper scooper service. Our commercial clients include vets, homeowners associations, apartment complexes, pet friendly hotels, businesses, and others. Please contact us to discuss options for your Commercial pet waste removal needs or visit our Commercial Services page.

How often does your company service our yard?2018-08-03T02:44:22+00:00

Most of our clients prefer once a week service.  We also offer our “Ultimate Package” for twice a week pooper scooper service in select parts of our coverage area.

Do you work through the winter?2018-07-20T05:55:01+00:00

Yes. Dogs keep making their messes all year long, and our company continues to clean up and remove dog waste through winter.

What happens when it rains or snows?2018-08-03T02:31:38+00:00

We work in almost all weather conditions, but snow or very cold weather can stop us. If there is more than about half an inch of snow, we will postpone that day’s service until the next day or two, when the snow melts away. If snow stays on the ground for more than a couple of days, we may miss your weekly service and be back out the next scheduled day and do “double doody”.

Our company will almost always work in the rain. A very heavy rainfall or lightning may stop us, though. We will most often be able to make up the work later in the week.

What if my regular service day falls on a holiday?2018-08-03T02:43:14+00:00

When a holiday falls on a regular service day, we will usually be out there one day prior or one day after your normal scheduled day. Service returns to the regular day the following week.

Should I unlock my gate?2018-08-03T02:46:55+00:00

Yes. Since technicians are not to climb or jump over fences, please have your gate unlocked on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock or tell us the combination if that will be convenient for you.  If a gate is locked when we arrive and we cannot perform the pet waste removal service, a charge is still incurred.  We will be out the next week and remove “double doody.” For safety reasons, we prefer to have a key or combination so that your gate does not stay unlocked all day until we get there.

As you would expect we deal with a lot of different gates and latches each week.  Some work great and others not so great.  ON DOODY cannot be held responsible for gates and latches that are not in good working order.  We will do our absolute best to put back bungeees, bricks, trash cans, etc that may be holding the gate closed when we leave.

Can you work with our dog in the yard?2018-08-03T02:40:28+00:00

In most cases, yes. If your dog is a vicious man eater then please let us know so that we can send one of our female scoopers instead. We get along well with dogs; however, there are some cases when a dog will not let our worker into the yard to perform pooper scooper services. If you know that your dog is not good with strangers, or it becomes apparent that your dog will not allow us to clean the yard, then we ask that you restrain or confine the dog. We don’t want to take any unnecessary risks with your dog or our employees.  Now, if your dog is friendly then please let them out.  We love dogs and we realize we are coming into their yard and their world.  They want to see us and there is no sense in them being inside barking and getting stressed out.

What if I want to skip a service day?2018-07-20T05:54:02+00:00

You will not be charged if you call the company office in time for us to tell the service technician to skip your yard that day. If the dog will be gone from the yard for a couple of weeks, or for some other reason you want us to skip your yard for a day or more, we can hold service and you will not be charged for those days. However, if your gate is locked or the dog will not allow us to clean the yard when we come to do the work, it may be necessary to charge for the service call that could not be completed. If, for instance, you get to work and remember that the gate is locked, call us early to tell us to skip that day so that you will not be charged.

How do I pay you and can I pay with a credit card?2018-08-03T02:38:32+00:00

We will send an invoice in the mail on the 1st day of the month for the previous months service after the work is all done. There is a $5.00 late fee for accounts not paid by the 25th of the month following the service.

If you prefer to pay by credit card, we will keep your number stored in the system and on the 1st day of the month all cards are run for the previous months service. One less bill to worry about and never have a late charge! We do not charge an extra fee for using a credit card.

Are there any contracts I have to sign?2018-08-03T02:39:16+00:00

No Contracts

We can start and stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts, there is no minimum service period, and there is no advance notice required to cancel service. Please try to call the day before you want to cancel or put the account on hold so that we may adjust the scoopers route for the next day. Try out a clean and healthy yard for a few months and we assure you that you will be hooked!

Is there an extra charge for the first time?2018-08-03T02:39:56+00:00

There is an extra charge for the first time service due to accumulated pet waste over time. This is based on the amount of time we are in the yard.

Is it possible to get a one-time only service?2018-07-20T05:51:31+00:00

Sure! One-time-only, or short-term pooper scooper service may be easily arranged.
